If you’re feeling tight, stressed, or out of balance, a full body massage can help your whole system reset

Massage is a treatment which uses relaxing massage techniques to ease muscle tension and restore balance. I use a combination of techniques from the wide range of treatments I have each trained in over the years. This includes elements from – Swedish massage, Thai massage, Korean meridian massage and my own personal style to create a relaxing, individual deep tissue massage style which can be tailored to meet your needs.
Adding heat to your treatment can add another level of relaxation to your treatment, especially in the winter. My massage table is heated, and if requested at the time of booking, warm bamboo can be included in your treatment for extra soothing warmth integrated in to your massage, either by massaging with the bamboo in our hands or placing them on tight areas (over a towel) to warm and relax your muscles. This allows me to work deeper and increases the relaxation in your treatment, at the same time this treatment is great for encouraging circulation lymphatic drainage.

A full body massage traditionally include legs, feet, back, neck, shoulders, stomach, arms, hands, face and scalp.
The term “holistic” means that a treatment looks at the whole of your body, understanding that all of your systems work together in a finely tuned balancing act, once one part is out of balance, no matter how small, this will have an effect on the rest of your body, sometimes causing stress and tension where you didn’t even realise where you have it.

I offer a range of timings to suit your needs. A full body massage is one of the best ways to help your whole system find better balance. Full body treatments begin at 90 minutes and are available up to 3 hours.
Regular treatments are a fantastic way to stay on top of imbalances, reduce stress levels, and cope more easily with what life throws at you. But it’s also worth considering that a longer session — 2 or 3 hours — allows for deeper relaxation. It gives you time to fully let go, and gives me time to work through all of your knots, tension, and holding patterns. I often feel that a single 3‑hour treatment once a month or every 6 weeks is more beneficial than weekly 60–90 minute sessions.
Of course there are many factors which can prevent a longer treatment, a 90 min full body massage is my most popular appointment, but I do also offer an hour appointment for neck back and shoulders, or a new 30 minute option which is designed for short targeted treatments when you need a quick fix between your regular treatments.
