As you may have seen on social media already, I have decided to begin working from a different venue for one day a week.
While I love working from the cosy cottage room in Bannow, I have had feedback from several people that it is just a little too far to travel for a regular treatment. So I began looking for something suitable as an alternative. I found the Wellness Hub in Wexford. The Wellness Hub is a lovely treatment space, with 9 treatment rooms offering a wide range of therapies. It is located Just near Woodies, so a much more central and convenient location.
Location isn’t the only reason I have reached out to the Hub to rent a space there, when I worked in Manchester, I worked in a massage centre and school, then an Osteopathic clinic with a range of therapists all with different skills and approaches. I love working around and getting to know other therapists, but also, I am aware that my treatments are not right for everybody, no one holistic therapist can meet the needs of every person out there. I like to have a good idea of what other therapists are around, what they do and how they work, so that if you need something I cannot offer or you need other treatments alongside the treatments I can offer you, then I want to be confident in the recommendations I make.
I am really looking forward to getting to know the therapists at the Hub, and being able to provide you treatments at this much more central location.
As massage and acupuncture are already offered at the Hub, My main focus in this space will be to provide Thai yoga Massage / floor based treatments. Massage appointments will be available with me at the location but only with 24 hours notice (giving me time to make sure I bring the right equipment with me. I will not be offering acupuncture at the Hub, but my full range of treatments will still be available in Bannow on all other days.
