Positive training..

Inspiration for writing can come from all sorts of interesting places…one of my new things to do this year is taking a walk in carrickbyrne forest with Roo while listening to a lovely mix of podcasts, I listen to ones about Thai Massage, teaching massage, movement, Gilmore girls.. and todays inspiration came from a dogContinue reading “Positive training..”

How’s your sleep quality?

The comment that comes up following most first treatments is “I slept like a log” this comes from folks who have come in saying “I don’t sleep well” and those who think they sleep just fine.

Exciting new changes…

While I love working from the cosy cottage room in Bannow, I have had feedback from several people that it is just a little too far to travel for a regular treatment. So I began looking for something suitable as an alternative….

Maintaining those good habits…

“Both Chris and Kerry are excellent at what they do. Their combined expertise in health and fitness with self-defence shone bright throughout the class. Key breathing techniques were integrated throughout the session that would help anyone act quickly if you were to be faced with an uncomfortable confrontation. I would highly recommend this class for the perfect mixture of self defence to begin and holistic massage techniques to end the session” – C. Hickey
