Terms and conditions.
  1. Payment is made at the end of your treatment in cash, card or online transfer.
  2. Online consultation form must be completed and returned before the date of first treatment
  3. If you require a receipt please request one at the time of treatment.
  4. Treatments are strictly by appointment ONLY.
  5. Some treatments may cause discolouration of the skin
  6. All communication with other professionals will be compliant with confidentiality laws.
  7. Current Covid-19 policy must be read and understood before all appointments
  8. If you are unable to attend your appointment please give 24 hours notice or you will be charged a €20 (per hour booked) cancellation fee
  9. Cancellation fee will be waved in cases where treatments must be cancelled due to reasons relating to covid-19 except for in cases where the appointment is cancelled with less that 2 hours notice, this will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the standard cancellation fee.
  10. If you arrive late for your appointment, treatment may be refused or shortened and you will be charged the full fee
  11. Our dog is often present in the treatment room, if you have issues or allergies relating to this please fill in the appropriate section on the form and contact me to discuss before your appointment.
  12. Signature on the consultation form, or return of form by email implies the following-
  • Consent to all treatments
  • Acceptance of responsibility to inform the therapist of any changes to health and well-being before any future treatments
  • Permission to store all data on the consultation form and contact details used for arranging appointments. These details will be stored in accordance with current data protection legislation.​

Privacy policy

Maintaining privacy is an important element of making you feel comfortable having treatments. I try my best to keep these things simple and clear to make life easy for everyone. Below I have done my best to explain what happens with your details, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me

  • The number or email you use to contact me to book in for treatments will be stored on my phone, this is a secure phone which is password protected. The booking system will contact you to confirm and remind you of appointments booked. I may also contact you by phone to discuss details relevant to your appointment. I may also contact you with reminders to rebook, or with offers or discounts. If you do not wish to receive this information, please select the relevant option on your consultation form, unsubscribe from any of the emails sent to you or contact me to let me know.
  • All bookings and communications made through social media sites – are subject to the privacy settings of the individual site.
  • In preparation for your appointment you will need to fill in a client details form, this form will be emailed to you at the time of booking and must be completed and returned before the date of your first appointment.
  • In order to provide a safe and effective treatment for you, we do need certain information about your health, wellbeing and medical history. the information required on the consultation form is relevant to your treatment and will be used only for the purposes of ensuring that the treatment booked is safe and appropriate for you.
  • Along side your consultation form there will be a record of treatments provided, this will be stored securely and used only as a reference for future treatments to ensure you get the best treatment to meet your needs.

  • We are required to store your consultation form and records of treatments for a minimum of 5 years, information will be deleted 5 years after your last treatment.

  • The details you provide will only be seen by the practitioner providing your treatment
  • The details you provide will not be passed on to any third party for any reason
