Adding a new element of relaxation…
First, apologies, Due to house moves and training courses I have not posted for quite some time. As we settle in to the new year, I hope to be more consistent in my posts. Balancing feet
One of the most important things I learned in my training at the KORE academy is re-balancing feet in every treatment…This part of treatment can be missed out or overlooked for a variety of reasons, but it really does make the whole treatment more effective. We seem to be getting things backwards.
My message here will always be that we need more self care and more balance and positivity in life, I meet people every day who are over worked and stressed, living with pain and stress that they really shouldn’t need to and I do feel that much of it is a cultural mindset which hasContinue reading “We seem to be getting things backwards.”
